Iliana Imberman Berkowitz just added Philadelphia to the ever-growing list of cities she has lived in. Raised in the California Bay Area, she longs for medjool dates, Hass avocados, and oysters. She is highly skeptical of cheese steak, but is willing to try anything once. She busies herself by reading the New Yorker, lamenting the weather from her porch, biking through West Philadelphia, and dancing around her majestic kitchen.
